At Pythonfox, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. We offer a fair and transparent return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

✔ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition (within 30 days of delivery)
✔ The item arrived damaged or defective
✔ The item received is incorrect (wrong product or variant)
✔ The item is materially different from its product description

We do not accept returns for:
✘ Items that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear
✘ Items returned without prior written authorization
✘ Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses or product selections by the customer

RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: all issues must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

We cover all return shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved. You will not be charged any return shipping fees.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

To initiate a return, email support@pythonfox.com with:

1. Your order number
2. A description of the reason for return
3. For damaged/defective/incorrect items: photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue

We will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with a decision and prepaid return label. Do not ship any items back without receiving written authorization from our team.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
