Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are delivered within 6–9 business days in the United States. We currently ship to the United States only.


Q: How long does order processing take?

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).


Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States — no minimum purchase required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No. We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Shop Pay.


Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify Payments with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We do not store your full payment details.


Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, processing may already begin. Please contact us at support@pythonfox.com as soon as possible.


Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition, as well as for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

A: Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@pythonfox.com with photos or video evidence, and we will assist you promptly.


Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: We cover all return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved.


Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

A: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method after we receive the returned item.


Q: Will I be charged additional fees or taxes?

A: Prices shown at checkout are final for U.S. orders. No hidden fees.


Q: Do I need to create an account to place an order?

A: No. You can complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account.
